Indie Burgers opened its doors on September 27, 2014 in Colectivo 9 located in the downtown area of he city of Tijuana, looking for it to be a platform to publicize our product. The intention of our hamburgers is to offer the customer quality products at reasonable prices, that is why our bread is baked daily, the meat is fresh, it is prepared every morning and it never freezes, the vegetables are fresh and the potatoes are cut moment. Once he graduated, he worked at some of the best restaurants around LA: Providence Restaurant (chef de Partie; Monsieur Marcel (Executive Sous Chef); Joe’s Restaurant in Abbott Kinney (Chef de Partie); Hatfield’s (Chef de Tournant); CASA Restaurant (Executive Sous Chef); as well as stints with Spago and Wolfgang Puck Catering.
